HWU Campus Accommodation
We are delighted to announce that we have secured 10 affordable rooms for ISMOS delegates during the conference period. These rooms are conveniently located on the campus of Heriot-Watt University, just a short walk away from the James Watt Centre, where the workshop is scheduled to take place. Each of the rooms is well-appointed with a comfortable ¾ bed, en-suite shower room, bed linen, towels, tea/coffee-making facilities and Wi-Fi access. In addition, several local bus services provide convenient links between Heriot-Watt University and the city centre, where the conference will be held. The journey between Heriot-Watt University and the city centre usually takes around 30 – 40 minutes. The cost for each room is £210 for a three-night stay (VAT and admin fees included; check in on 27th and check out on 30th of June). Kindly note that the price does not include breakfast. Breakfast can be purchased from EBS Bistro on campus, 08:30 am onwards. To secure a room, please purchase the HWU Campus Accommodation ticket through the ISMOS registration website by 29th May 2023.
